A great tool for monitoring stress and improving performance at work!
What do you like best?
Smart Break's mindfulness program helps prevent eye strain and mental stress from constant computer use by reminding and enforcing you to take breaks regularly. One of the best features that Smart Break has is it prompts breaks based on the amount of work you do. The other feature that really makes a difference is that it has the ability to actually lock the display and enforce breaks.
What do you dislike?
The only issue I've had with Smart Break is the limited availability of information they have on their website. In order to get pricing details, you have to contact them and wait for them to send you the information.

If you are someone who has a hard time finding a good stopping point at work to get up and stretch your legs and clear your mind, this is the tool for you.

The main problem SmartBreak solves is reducing the screen time being spent each day at work and routinely refreshing our minds by prompting break reminders. A benefit of SmartBreak is that it actively analyzes the way you spend time on your computer and then gives you a recommendation to rest at the appropriate time. The tool can also be used on both Windows PC and Mac OS X and works even when you are inside a virtual machine or on a remote desktop.
