It keeps track of every detail about the employee and notices who is off that day and that week. It tracks and manages time off. You can also trace salary adjustments easily with Sleekr and thus sends and retrieves pay slips securely. Employees can update their profiles and make better resumes and the information of every employee and staff is kept safe and secured. Thus all personal datas are encrypted with AES-256. With its powerful functionality, Sleekr defines and assigns KPI with few clicks. Also it comes up with pre built templates.
What do you dislike?
Although Sleekr is preferred Human resource software for managing all the aspects of employees from enrollment to retirement but we cannot deny its downfalls that cause trouble to the users. The pre built templates introduced by it are little outdated. The functionalities accossiated with it can be improved to make it better. Also customers are not that much satisfied with its services. The unstructured data if in bulky amount is difficult to hold with it.
