What do you like best?
Slate is by far the best admissions product I've ever used. It's incredibly intuitive and user-friendly.
What do you dislike?
I'm not a huge fan of the service desk ticket process. While they are always quick and always help resolve my issues, I'm much more of a get on the phone and talk to someone person. This is definitely not a bad way of addressing issues; it's just not my preferred learning method and communicating.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
No matter your budget, Slate is worth every single penny. I've worked in multiple CRM's, and I could never go back to the inferiority of other products or their support staff.
