Advanced user of Skyfactor BenchworksThe tracking system was helpful and the information the system could pull from banner was helpful. We also used the information from the surveys as predictors.
We used mapworks before skyfactor took it over as well as during the first year that skyfactor took it over and the system appeared to be much less user friendly at the time. I hear that it has improved.
