Inventory management made easy, but still could use some work.
What do you like best?
This is an easy to use and set up inventory management system. It links to our shopify plus account and our shipping system. Easy integration and great customer support. Customer support is probably the thing we like best. Warehouse management is awesome as well (barcode scanning).
What do you dislike?
Some things were not explained enough and we had some issues with missing numbers or pending numbers that would not resolve without a little leg work on our end. Nothing customer support wasn't able to help us fix, but I wish there was easier ways for us to resolve without having to contact them.
