What do you like best?

The user interface, the reporting modules, various config options

What do you dislike?

The recent change to no longer provide dedicated analysts to program accounts. No enforcement of "best practices". Too often client leadership will opt out of best practices in favor of convenience and workarounds, and are not technical enough to understand the consequences of such decisions. I know this is not something SAP Fieldglass has control over but there are no other dislikes to mention. I have used WAND and Beeline as well, fieldglass is superior to both in terms of capability

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Decisions made during implementation are Vital and will determine if the program will be able to last over 5-10 years successfully.

Consider "Best Practices" to be mandatory and never opt for a workaround. Otherwise you will be set up for failure and inability to improve your program from a basic administrative and T&M perspective.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Honestly I have used SAP Fieldglass on over 7 different accounts/programs. Each of them set up very differently and uniquely to meet their clients needs..... NONE of them followed enough best practices to truly utilize Fieldglass full capabilities. The client never want to pay for integrations or implementations.... and resort to shortsighted workarounds that make it more difficult for actual SAP analysts to even be able to assist us in the future when we start sending mass tickets over every little issues that we didn't foresee. I frequently bring this up to leadership. Decisions made during implementation are vital.
