It intelligently matches job seekers skills to job postings, this reduces the stress they have to go through when looking for job. So basically, skillsyncers give you the perfect use of words to use on your resume to get the attention of prospective employers. It also tells how many times the keywords were used in mthe job description.
One thing I discovered is that there is that job match report limited on th free plan, one has to get the premium version to get unlimitted access.
