What do you like best?

The visualization provided on dashboards for various data is very useful to understand how the data is affecting the current environment. It's also easy to describe it and explain to others and hence we find it very important for our usage

What do you dislike?

There's not much to dislike but if you're a first time user than it might be overwhelming for you to navigate through the portal. But it definitely is exciting.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

As I mentioned, for the first time just navigate through the complete portal and see what they provide and where, it will be very useful!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

So far the important benefit is the time saving, the reports and data collection and sharing saves a lot of time in my opinion.
