What do you like best?
I use SiteJabber as both an individual and business user, as a representative of my company.
Personally, I like to see how I progress as a reliable reviewer, and how many views I get per review.
From a business perspective, we are grateful that SiteJabber team always has the time for us. It's hard to talk about what you like without comparing SiteJabber to its main competitor. I'd just say, SiteJabber is all that its main competitor is not.
What do you dislike?
Sharing reviews on social media is a big deal. I'd appreciate it if the SiteJabber team invest some time and resources in making reviews more visually appealing once they're shared on social media. For example, to be able to select which parts of reviews are presented. Also, I don't like when people are allowed to leave only a few words. Ah, one more thing, we should be able to share "Reason why I choose this business." That would be super important for our business. Right now, that's a line, only I as a user can see.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Negative reviews. We appreciate constructive criticism, but some reviews have the sole purpose of damaging our reputation. This is where SiteJabber really helps a lot. We are looking for a win-win solution. Reviews should be trustworthy, but also honest with no hidden agenda. SiteJabber gives us time to contact reviewers, so we can resolve the issues.
