Advanced user of Sitehelpdesk HelpDeskSitehelpdesk is an incredible solution to record incidents. What I like most is its portal oriented to the immediate response of the tickets with its self-service center. I consider that it has a board with all the administration, reports and management services sections located visually, to make it easier for technicians to enter the functions.
It is a platform based on the efficiency of services, so it lacks a modern interface. On the other hand, I have not had inconveniences.
I highly recommend this help desk platform to optimize your customer service with its great features to provide desired assistance. You can choose between your different plans that have different benefits to quickly recover your cost.
