What do you like best?

The best part of Sircon is that you can easily manage the licenses. It has made keeping licenses active a much smoother process and applying is a simple for almost every state.

What do you dislike?

There are certain states that do not work with Sircon so you still need to use another site to apply in those states. It also is not easy to make payments for state appointments. Only a handful of states allow you to use this system to pay those invoices.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

When considering Sircon, make sure that you have an admin who is able to spend a lot of time getting to know the system. Basics can be picked up fairly quickly, but it takes time to understand all of the capabilities it possesses. You will need to connect with Vertafone for support, which is usually responsive and knowledgable with any questions you have.

Keeping all licensing information in one place. We have also been able to set up notifications for licenses that are coming up on renewal so none of them lapse.
