What do you like best?

the ability to have an all in one platform for social channels, cutting down on time management hours and increasing deeper insights into things like social listening, and using that information to learn and apply changes to how i manage brands

What do you dislike?

the only feature on the social listening that i dont like, is that you have to assign certain pages that you want to listen to vs having it crawl all pages

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

mainly time management and pure hours spent on managing clients social channels, who typically have 2-3 channels at a time
