What do you like best?
Very poor software design for the price.
What do you dislike?
Contacted us cold and stated it was a month to month service, however they require you to keep your service an additional 30 days past the time you cancel it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Attemped to use for a better review platform, useless software. Can do better manually having someone contact clients than this software.
