Advanced user of Signal VineWe love that Singal Vine allows us to send pre-scheduled messages to students around key steps to college success as well as allows our student's mentors to communicate with their mentees through a secure platform that doesn't require them to use their personal devices.
I dislike that Signal Vine doesn't allow our users to create their own groupings of students.
We like using Signal Vine and find that the user support is fantastic and they listen to our concerns and are constantly revamping and improving the platform.
We've had calls with Signal Vine to discuss our ideas to improve the platform. They listen and are very responsive. They have recently added a live chat options which is helpful.
