What do you like best?
I think the share content features are my favorite or most important in my current role. It makes it look like a real email vs. from some kind of software that may seem suspicious to customers. The links to documents and videos and ability to download, forward, etc. is great. It is simple to find categories and documents vs. videos, etc. The ability to have information organzied is very helpful and efficient. The shared spaces feature is great for key and very involved customers you want to help build their personal libraries.
What do you dislike?
I really do not find anything that I dislike about the program. I have enjoyed providing information to my customers at this point without any complaints.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a platform to get information to others in an organized fashion that is quick and easy Showpad works great. As long as your company or administrators load the contact you need, you will have access to share that information. You can also see every time someone opens a link, how much time they spent, etc. Great solution!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
You can really tell what customers are viewing and engaged with as far as specific content sent to them. The notifications via email and on my phone are great. Validation of activity is fun to see and important for future engagements and meetings with your customers. The ability to send many documents that you could not send as attachments due to file size is great. I can send 20 links if I want, which could take 5 separate emails so it saves a lot of time and clogging up someone else's inbox.
