What do you like best?

The design of its interface is quite simple and intuitive, which has allowed us to do our work quite quickly and efficiently, the fact that everything can be configured in a very simple way is something quite useful for us to program and perform all our tasks in a fairly simple way, the ease with which I can create a website for institutional use so that all employees channel their requirements in this way turns out to be quite useful

What do you dislike?

The customer service is quite poor when responding to the submitted requests, not to mention the fact that they take too long to respond to any type of question or support request made, in addition to the fact that it does not support incorporating html code embedded within the intranet development is somewhat impractical when making edits and customizations to our web site.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It has been being of great help to us to improve our corporate branding process by designing an exclusive website for our company, in such a way that all employees can carry out their requirements through this web system in a much more secure way, Reliable and agile and above all practical as we do not have to make the code from scratch if not everything comes previously established, it may not be the best option on the market, but it has still been wonderful for us.
