User friendly design of the dashboards, makes it very easy to use .
Customer support was excellent, especially 1 on 1 service, which is outstanding !

What do you dislike?
In general, not a lot stuff here, as i think that the problems that i encountered were more closely related to the messenger application itself, than to POP . So i would say that the things which i don't like are counted to a very minimum number .

Running of the chat marketing campaign is much easier using this product . This gives advantage to enlarge the audience in a very interesting, modern way . The fact that you can manage multiple Facebook bots, helps for better time utilization .
As we are trying to promote our page to the tourists, in order for them to be more involved in the whole thing, the bot helps a lot in the conversation and sharing the initial information about the village and the surrounding area to the page visitors . Having it around makes the job much easier than before.
In one word, it helps a lot !
