What do you like best?
Shareworks managed our application-to-payment (what I will term our A2P process) promptly, ensuring no value was lost by benefit holders due processing delays. This was critical as I have personally experienced how much value can be eroded from equity instruments over a few days due to avoidable delays.
What do you dislike?
I loved every bit of the application. I only regret that I didn't get to use Shareworks long enough because companies in a certain industry were excluded from the list of customers served by the owners of the application

-Monthly expenses computation and accounting journals were available by the click of a button
-Correct deductions for taxes and statutory payments were withheld
-Prompt remittance of proceeds
-All audit schedules and tables for financial reporting were readily available
