Great customer care and product
What do you like best?
Very easy for Board Members, Investors and Employees to have information about the company and access to the cap table according to the company policy.
What do you dislike?
Onboarding and implementation took a little bit longer but is part of the compliance. Customer care and support was great along the process.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Employees can see and track their options. One source for the cap table. Easy to maintain contact with investors.
