What do you like best?

On the whole the system is pretty user friendly. I like the flexibility that comes with structing it for what you need and allowing for cross functional working

What do you dislike?

Some of the reports feel a bit clunky at first, but I think that is inherent of the amount of data that can be held within the program. The options are voluminous, which can lead to a data reporting boon to come.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We implemented this program to allow for cross functional working across organizations within a safety and fleet team. We needed to be able to not work over one another but combine our needs in the same place for access to everyone on the team. Its been wonderful to be able to log into one program and have what I need instead of using a google folder or only extraneous email.
