Simplified from the front office to the field.

What do you like best?

How easy it is to use Service365 for Administrators, Managers, and Field Services Teams. Everything is super easy to use. The tiles help users to quickly navigate to what we need. Colour coding helps lock in the functional areas we are in. It so much easier to use then Business Central. Love the Checkins and TimeSheets, possibly the fastest and easiest to use and love that you can select teams to be notified of your Checkins (standup/standdown) tasks.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central gets slow. Since Service365 built on Business Central, it slows down, but that's pretty rare and not their fault. I would like for more CRM functionality to better manage new leads, I am told that is coming and will mimic Business Central CRM, but like the rest of the S365 app will be much easier to use than BC CRM.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and have field services teams, you need Service365. Using Service365 enables all the data to be easily captured and in real-time sync with Business Central, where the front-office meets back-office in the cloud. Don't think about it. Just get it done, and do more business.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Enabling the field teams to work collaboratively in the cloud with the office team, without having to be accountants, but everything ends up in Business Central in real-time, which is perfect. We are able to schedule and dispatch services and increase services, which helps to grow the business.
