Fantastic customer service
Nothing really... there were a few bugs at the beginning, but that's to be expected and customer support was always very responsive
We were torn between two options and chose Sengii Connect for a couple reasons: price, community/ongoing improvement, and customer support. I previously worked with developer Nick Bott on another project and trust him implicitly. While he's a tremendously gifted coder, he's also always receptive to feedback and not afraid to make changes to the product to better it. I had no doubt in my mind that he and the Sengii Connect team would be true partners.
Members who weren't necessarily coming to in-person events are now able to engage and get questions answered, particularly during their busy seasons.
