What do you like best?

We loved the idea of Sendy for its lowcost emailing to our members, but without some serious handholding and automated setup, it would not have been practical.

What do you dislike?

Other than the Sendy UI being a tad slow on occasion, I have absolutely no complaints at all about Sendybay.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Sendybay tech support has been remarkably helpful, responsive and seems even appreciative of our business. Really surprising to us is the fact that Sendybay tech support writes its own bug fixes for Sendy, meaning that Sendybay users get updates before they show up in Sendy. That benefit became clear to us when we stumbled across a Sendy bug, which Sendybay's techs fixed in short order and Ben at Sendy will be adding to Sendy in the future.
