Dyspatch works exceptionally well for all our transactional email. It's flawless!

What do you like best?

Our engineering team only needs to make a single API call and then all the front-end aspects of sending transational email are handled in Dyspatch by our marketing and design team. Both sides of our business love this level of separation. We've exclusively used Dyspatch since 2012 without a single service interruption (that we know of).

What do you dislike?

I love their pre-made templates, but it would be great if they had even more.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our engineering teams don't want to manage email templates, nor do they want to be involved in design changes. Likewise, our marketing and design teams don't like waiting for engineers to make trivial code changes to email templates. Dyspatch completely solves this problem for us.
