Easy to understand platform and responsive customer service!
What do you like best?
The platform is very intuitive. For someone new to texting platforms, it's easy to use and easy to get started. I've also had very good experiences working with SendHub staff. Someone always answers the phone and is able to resolve my questions/issues efficiently.
What do you dislike?
I'd love for there to be an unlimited user option and a free option for changing phone numbers. Our team structure often shifts and that means shifts to our SendHub lines as well. A few times, I've had to pay to change a SendHub area code. Given that we're a virtual team and have many shifts across the country, I wish this was a built in option for this service without having to pay. I also wish there was an option to integrate with Salesforce.

I would take time to explore all the features of the platform.

Students sign up on our website daily - they are more likely to respond to text messages than phone calls or emails and so we're able to get their questions answered so much faster!
