Seismic takes product and systems content organization to a whole new level...!

What do you like best?

The way that the content is organized in such a robust library of searchable content. This helps me keep everything in order, while finding suggestive content that I may have otherwise missed.

What do you dislike?

Maybe too much content, if that's actually a problem. The dislike is also the benefit since you allow keyword searches to widdle down the number of assets that get filtered down to. One thing I would like to see for PTC's Seismic library Velocity is a Customer Success focused Battlecard, to date their is only a "Success Plan" battlecard.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Seismic has helped me tremendously with finding and seeking out use cases to be used with my clients and prospective clients, as well as product and role specific content that makes my day to day much smotther knowing and having the confidence that I will be able to find the product or job details I need to to meet the immediate needs of our customers.
