What do you like best?
The system does exactly what it needs to. The team behind it is stellar and has been very responsive in expanding the API to cover a number of custom scripting points.
What do you dislike?
At times it can be difficult to fit workflows that are less username/password in our corporate domain and more like ways to manage shared keys/secrets/licenses/escalation codes etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Run a pilot - WAY easier than competing products in the market to implement. The team is a joy to work with - doesn't require the hiring of extensive experts or consultants.

We converted from Thycotic Secret Server. Our ability to get fixes and changes has really made the difference for us. The vision of having a personal and work vault within the same product is a game changer for us.
