Seamless is simply the easiest way to order food for delivery or takeout. Whatever you’re in the mood for, wherever you’re in the mood for it, you’ve got it. No menus, no phone calls, no repeating yourself.

Advanced user of SeamlessFor me, it at least works everywhere I go or live, as well as has a great variety of options to choose from. Being able to link both my company credit card, personal credit card and easily split an order with multiple people or ways of purchase great. Also, being able to plan meals ahead are a cool feature so you don't have to wait or forget about getting food.
Not always the easiest to see which places deliver or are for take out only. Sometimes I would make it all the way to the end of the ordering process and not realize the restaurant I wanted to purchase from only accepts take out, so I have to start the whole process over. Seamless isn't also available everywhere yet, so some of my coworkers have not been able to use it, and instead need to expense the purchases elsewhere.
I think Seamless is a great way for companies to utilize a food delivery app across the US. It doesn't solve every issue, as its not always in every location, but overall it checks a lot of the boxes for ease of use
My company uses Seamless as way to offer food to its employers when we have group get togethers. Since COVID has impacted how we can interact with each other. Seamless is a way for everyone to order something (also whatever they would like, instead of everyone bickering about what to eat) and enjoy it together on a Zoom call.
