What do you like best?

1. The Product and UI - the product is so simple and clean. This is what makes it such a powerful tool. You can access your SFDC without ever having to switch screens, allowing you to maintain a consistent workflow. This is huge in terms of saving time and maintaing a clean and up to date CRM.

There is one feature that makes Scratchpad indispensable: Command + J. From any screen on Chrome you can instantly update or create records within Salesforce.

2. The support/dev team - they respond lightning fast to all inquiries and get bugs/feature requests rolled out faster than any company I've ever worked with.

What do you dislike?

Nothing I dislike, but if I'm being nitpicky, there's always room for improvement. I would love to see more automation, hotkeys, and reporting/dashboards.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I save hours a week in Salesforce admin time and keep a cleaner, more up-to-date pipeline as a result.
