Works as intended, and quick to respond!

What do you like best?

Their service is great at filtering customers to many sites to leave reviews, and when we've had some technical issues, their response time is very good, and they always solve our issues.

What do you dislike?

Website loading time is quite slow, and refreshing doesn't solve that issue - just takes a little while to process.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you have need for 3rd party reviews, this is a great source to assist with reaching customers.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We no longer need to use mailchimp, which has a terrible business model of not allowing you to go up and down with paid tier lists.
