- The App is not compatible with Android. Hard to register. Scoop is available in Android and can be downloaded but user can't sign in on the App.
- Sometimes, the driver doesn't show up, thus not reliable for scheduled events. This is very difficult when travelling to airport. Often times the riders failed to show up even though the rides were booked in advance.
- Slow customer service response. It takes days or need to submit report more than once to get attention.
Only use Scoop when there is no emergency or other important events. Don't book for airport transfer useless if you plan your trip much earlier . The customer service is not that great so it is not reliable to expect your issue to be solved fast.
