With the cheapest version, you do not get phone help, only email. I wish our version included phone assistance as well. Sometimes the back and forth by email is daunting, but their customer service is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to requests
We chose SchoolAuction to manage our fundraising auction and registration / ticket sales - this is the second year we are using it for its pricing and capabilities. We are a small private school and do not have a large budget for fancy software. We found that SchoolAuction met our needs for our in-person gala last year and our virtual gala and auction this year.
