What do you like best?

It is pretty simple and user-friendly. It also has a lot of automation features, so it can auto-message bidders, send mass receipts or check-out notices, etc. We used their mobile bidding feature, which was good and helped track wins of items.

What do you dislike?

It does not have the ability to pre-register credit cards before the event, so it made check-out at the event somewhat challenging. Some features, like the "printable item cards" do not look that nice and appealing for an auction so it was disappointing to not be able to use that feature. We found that mobile bidding wasn't all it was cracked up to be and did provide some additional, extra work in the end in terms of reconciling numbers and making sure all guests paid their invoice.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If hosting a mobile auction is your goal, this is definitely a good option to choose and has excellent customer service. It was also a reasonable price for a non-profit. We had a sales exec that was solely focused on us and was readily available via phone and provided a lot of support. Self-checkout is an option for this software, but we found it was still challenging to track some people down! Pre-registering credit cards was a big desire for us, and this software wasn't able to do that.

We solved our problem of wanting a mobile bidding system that eliminated a lot of the paper work we used to do.
