Straight to the point

What do you like best?

Usability and integrability. The tool is really easy to use, it is simple, but the good simple. It does more than NPS, any survey or pulse actually. It keeps different tracking codes for each project, which avoids displaying Surveys in the wrong places for companies with multiple products.

It integrates easily as well. The API endpoints really help, and the support helped me getting the script right - kudos to Konstatin and Alexia.

What do you dislike?

The reporting lacks capabilities. We cannot see a dashboard with data from two different projects, for example. But for it is easy to integrate (and trigger webhooks) we are able to extract the data in real-time and feed our database.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Satismeter covers the needs for Product Surveys, it integrates greatly thru its API endpoints, is easy to use, and works fine. Haven't had a single outage until now.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We had a problem displaying the surveys within the User Interface for some of our applications, for the user consoles had prefix customized URL. So we were surveying through email, with a low engagement rate. Now we are able to display within the User Interface, and the engagement rates are UP!
