What do you like best?

SAS Access provides option for processing of multiple file format.

It has very useful procedure/ functions e.g. SASSQL, Macro etc which makes programming easy & efficient.

It has multiple procedure for statistics and extensive reporting.

What do you dislike?

High License cost and unavailability of the community version of the software.

Not very efficient while working with huge file size.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use SAS Access for reporting from our DB2 Database.

Earlier we were using COBOL DB2 program which was more time taking , less efficient and have lengthy development cycle/time. We had replaced this by more SAS access programming.
