HXM is the future

What do you like best?

Successfactors Core Module is easy to use for both administrators and end users, with a responsive UI and very decent mobile app, it makes the user experience exceptional.

For Admins, BizX and EC have free learning journeys to bring admins up to speed the learning is updated half yearly so admins can always learn about the new functionality and there are alot of them in every patch, improving usability and experience.

but the best part is the communities you join, there are user groups, web communities that any time you are stuck with something, other admins will be able to help you to get the best out of the product.

the product is very flexible in terms of configuration helping you fit the system to delivery your business processes.

What do you dislike?

the biggest dislike i have regarding the system is the access to the provisioning system for customers. there are times where an upgrade will include very great functionality that is relatively simple to implement, however some of steps will require to provisioning to enable, requiring the need to engage with implementation partners or professional services leading to a cost for the implementation.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Having the business process locked down is the most important part, having process ownership is 70% of the change for any implementation. without a clear understanding of the process and what you are trying to achieve will lead to disappointments.

we are solving for a more mobile enabled workforce, with bite sized learning which is enabled though the mobile learning solution.

also workflows for everyday HR transactions, removing the need for manual and paper based forms.
