SAP Success Factor Review

What do you like best?

I have used SAP HCM and I like the ability of the platform to have all HR functions run at one place. You dont need to look for other options seperately. You can have your team members work on individual section in order to increase the productivity and at the same time keep everyone organised. The intergation works smooth as well as the the reporting system is great to try out. The notification function is definately a great add on.

What do you dislike?

Some intergations becomes exhauting at time if you dont have access to SAP technical people. If you dont get professional help, you are sure to struggle with it and it take days to have changes take place. Other than that, I am not a fan of SAP learning and development platform which gives limited option to use some creativity. The platform does allow you to create content, use templets, genrate forms and download reports but the limitation are not having options, features, buttons to make the content intersting.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would highly recommend HR folks to use SAP. The reasons are listed below;

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Human Resource department deal with huge data on daily basis and not having a organised system to keep the data safe and updated was a challange that my organisation recongnised off lately. With SAP Success Factors, I am able to migrate all data such as employee master, payroll to SAP Success Factor and have it organised and handy to use anytime. The biggest benefits I have realised is to have fexiblity to generate reports, calcuate values, assign team members and have other departments work together on a single task such as payroll processing, benefit disbursal etc.
