What do you like best?

SAP Intelligent RPA is a developing tool. Soon in upcoming years, it will become Robust and a vital tool in the market. Its workflow designer is the best of it. It has been designed similar to all the RPA tools on-demand, but its support towards SAP functions makes it a key player to look around. Conversational AI is so far good.

What do you dislike?

I would want SAP RPA to work more robust with Desktop Applications like Excel. I feel it is more confined to SAP services. It should be a global tool and not made only for SAP services. It's a developing tool, and it will develop.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are using RPA the first time, then this is an excellent tool, but after using AA or UI path, you might feel the difference. But sure it will become the market leader in upcoming years

All automation project that eliminates the human work and makes the job easier. I worked on a problem where I connected to a cloud server and saved data that the user gives using desktop flow
