Well designed Payroll and OM modules with integration.

Interactive user interface

Personnel data and records are easily accessible.

What do you dislike?

SAP - Time management having a very rigid process flow for leave quota management and leave entry which will take more human efforts and chances for errors were high.

PA - Module also having some kind of rigid structure for Employee Hiring and HR intervention is more for this module

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I've been using SAP for the last 6 years, SAP -HCM. We are able to post error-free pay results and full control over pay records. Well defined cost centers and seamless integration with the FICO module helping us in HR budgeting and financial Auditing. We are able to track employee histography.
