Prepare and create reports with this excellent Data Visualization software
What do you like best?
Since I started using SAP Crystal I have realized the great difference of this software and others since I consider that the experience that SAP Crystal gives us is very different since it is a perfect combination between programming and design which allows us that our reports can be adapted to our style or corporate style, a touch of personalization always works well in our reports.
What do you dislike?
In my opinion SAP crystal does not have big errors, however, I think that it can improve the small errors that it does have to improve the user experience, such as making the platform a little more intuitive for inexperienced users, since although when mastering it is easy enough to use when we are just starting to use it, it can be quite a tedious process to make any report or any configuration, as well as to optimize the software to reduce the consumption of resources that in certain moments it may have.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My only recommendation for SAP crystal users is that they have patience when creating their first reports since it is not the most intuitive software, but with a little practice we will be able to master the tools that the software offers us in a short time and thus get the best out of it in the shortest possible time, a minor detail in consideration of the great benefits that SAP crystal can offer us once we fully master it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The benefits provided by SAP crystal are multiple, since the simple fact of using it is already a rather pleasant experience because it allows us to work not only more comfortably, but also more efficiently since we can create more complex reports at Through tables or graphs that allow the information to be much more detailed and easy to understand, and if we add that we can customize these reports so that they have the appearance of our corporate image, we will realize the great benefit that this software offers us.
