Easy to use but time consuming.
What do you like best?
I like that I'm able to combine multiple transactions into a single expense, and within that report, to be able to itemize based on the receipt I upload. Another part of this tool that I appreciate is the function that links directly to my corporate card to import transactions. I also like the ability to be very specific about the type of expense - my company was able to add a new category for Covid-19 Wifi Reimbursement that eliminates confusion and streamlines my experience!
What do you dislike?
Several inconveniences make SAP Concur frustrating to use: First, it takes many steps and a long time to upload receipts (and sometimes they don't load). Second, the system automatically assigns expense categories that are often inaccurate and take a long time to update. The system also sends periodic emails with the message that there are unreported expenses (from the corporate card - personal expenses, which I did not intend to submit on Concur). So far, I haven't been able to edit my settings to stop getting notifications from purchases over six months ago.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am a pretty basic user of SAP Concur; I use it to submit expense reports from business purchases. It is a relatively simple process, and I do get my reports processed quickly, and my corporate card paid off consistently!
