What do you like best?
I appreciate the lead generation capabilites that this software employs so that your primary focus is on closing.
What do you dislike?
I think the Customer Service is a little cumbersome unlike more popular sales enterprise applications.

As a business, we need to generate leads constantly, whether we close them or not and SalesRep allows us to remove the heavy-lifting from our plates so that we can focus on sales and loyalty.
