What do you like best?

I really enjoy the ability to add notes when I'm logging activity for a client or account. I can easily expand all of my activities later on for a quick refresh on where we last left off.

What do you dislike?

The mobile app itself could improve when trying to log activity. It's easy for me to log a recent call, however, that isn't really the case with emails. If the account has already been established, the email will log by itself, but if I go into the app, I've had occasions where the email activity type isn't provided. This may also be a user error.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It's a great tool for Sales Teams. Very beneficial if your sales reps log all of their activities within the Accounts, especially if you have new reps inheriting old accounts.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Reporting, and activity tracking. As mentioned previously, logging activity is huge to keep tabs on an account and know exactly where to begin. This is also helpful when inheriting accounts from other peers and eliminates having to go into an in-depth overview of an account with a peer or client.
