Pharmacy CRM and Built-In Marketing Tool that integrates with Pharmacy Information System

What do you like best?

A complete sales and marketing software that fulfill all our needs from lead generation, leads management to gauge sales performance for inside and outside sales team. It provides various methods to communicate with medical center staff, doctors and patients including secure email, text messaging, eFax and phone calls all at same place. Integration with our pharmacy system provides insight into revenue numbers, drug category and order status matched with assigned sales team performance.

What do you dislike?

None that I can think of, however it would be great if they provide portal access to our patients and providers.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Highly recommended for Pharmacies, Lab Companies, DME and medical suppliers who want to outreach to doctors, patients and medical staff.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Can tag a Lead to create our own programs by customer, track outside sales team on real-time and evaluate sales team performance by revenue numbers integrated with incoming Rx Feeds.
