We have easy access to our Account Manager, Tech Support and Development teams

Occasionally, an enhancement or fix will be deployed without our advance knowledge, which can lead to unintended consequences.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

As with any HR implementation, spend the time on the front end ensuring you have processes documented and data cleansed as much as possible.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We did not have one central HCM; we used a group of nonintegrated systems from acquired companies. We have been able to incorporate all HR activities into one global system, successfully allowing for management of different businesses around the globe.

The biggest recent enhancement, which solved some of our previous year's problems, has been the new Compensation Planning module.
