What do you like best?
The best part of Safe PST backup is that it is easy to use and administer. It is able to reach out and find all of .pst files in our environment so we can track them all in one place.
What do you dislike?
Safe PST Backup is a good product, but the interface could use some design changes to make it easier to use.

The best solution is to not have PST's in your environment to begin with!

We are able to manage all of our Exchange PST files from one central location. This helps us track how many pst files are out there and keep them backed up - since they are not backed up by default. This helps us for backup and recovery reasons and also for legal compliance as well.
