Fast, reliable and uncomplicated
What do you like best?
It's installed in just minutes and without the need of studying manuals. Backups are running fast and reliable. The licensing is simple and affordable. In case of questions both, sales and support, are very responsive. We are using the product not only for ourself, but also for our customers.
What do you dislike?
I don't have any complains so far. There are some additional features we would like to see in future, especially for new or changed services in M365.
This features we have reported to Dropsuite and received the information that most of them are already on the roadmap.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a product that gives peace of mind. It does exactly what it needs to do and there is no additional costs for any storage space.
That makes the planning and calculation of the necessary budget simple.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We do both, backup and archive, of our (and most of our customers) entire Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams. For us it was very important to have a solution that complies with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Dropsuite has the ability to select a region,Вґwhen the account is created - in our case all data is stored in Germany.
