Great hosting company without the fuzz

What do you like best?

I've never used Plesk before, the panel that Rootpal uses, and it's straightforward and powerful! Besides that, the speed of the hosting is pretty good, I've migrated plenty of sites into my account, and I'm thrilled that I did!

What do you dislike?

Live support is only level 1, so for simple stuff, you still have to go through the ticket system, which works, but I've been used to live chat fixes in the past (with other hosting companies)

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have a lot of sites, so I'm using the reseller account to organize my sites into separate subscriptions and have everything adequately compartmentalized
