Excellent solution for high volume recruitment

What do you like best?

The customization available on the chat flows is excellent, allowing us to create bespoke candidate journeys for each project to meet individual needs.

The reporting also provides valuable MI that allows us to continuously improve our talent attraction strategies in the way other tools cannot at this speed.

What do you dislike?

Setup is very involved, especially for the first flow. Often having to work closely with the implementation and technical teams to get desired outputs with multiple rounds of testing.

There can sometimes be a bit of a disconnect in the sales process to what can actually be delivered. Make sure you do your own testing on what can be achieved before pitching to your client!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our recruiters has saved a lot of time speaking to non-relevant candidates as the chat flow can do early stage screening and then successful candidates can book in their own call back slots at a time that works well for them.

This means our teams are really efficient and we anticipate this will also allow us to cut time to shortlist dramatically compared to traditional methods.
