Advanced user of RoadmapI like that it has time tracking and can be used with Basecamp.
I dislike the number of steps it takes to disconnect and connect with Basecamp. It's very cumbersome.
It's not the best as a Basecamp plug in. I would recommend using by itself not in conjunction with another project management software.
We are solving time tracking with and resource allocation with Roadmap. The benefits are we can track time. However, it does not take into account overdue assignments from Basecamp so it's not completely accurate.
